After two C-sections just 23 months apart, my core was shot, and I was eager to rebuild my strength. Kitty created an easy-to-follow, 8-week postpartum plan that was exactly what I needed to heal, recover, and regain my core strength. She provided videos for every exercise and thoroughly explained the 'why' behind each movement, helping me understand how each one was essential to my healing. Her knowledge of postpartum recovery, scar tissue healing, and effective exercises was outstanding. Kitty is truly a diamond in the rough!  I have been taking exercise classes for more than 1/2 my life and hers are hands down my favorite by far, especially her lower body one!  I am definitely challenged with her (which we need) but in a safe way always.  her energy makes me feel very comfortable, I know I can always approach her with questions or help!  She is so easy going and such a beautiful human! Her classes are jam packed so she must be making a difference with so many others too!

I started taking Kitty’s fitness classes two years ago due to medical issues.  I have also taken personal training sessions with Kitty.  Two doctors told me they wanted me to start weight training for my bones and cardio workouts 3-4 times/week.   Kitty makes you feel very comfortable in her classes and has modifications for everything.  She motivates without pressure.    She walks thru class to make sure we are doing the exercises appropriately to get the most benefit from them.  Kitty is a genuine, sincere person who truly cares about the people in her fitness sessions.  She is incredibly supportive, encouraging, knowledgeable, and will push you to reach your fitness goals.  I have lost weight, gained muscle, gotten stronger, improved my endurance and overall mental health and well-being.  My doctors have commented on the great progress I’ve made and told me to continue doing what I am doing….which I will…..with Kitty.
